If you only knew

​I’ve known for a very long time the power of support, the potential of sharing with others your belief in them. It’s so simple yet so extremely impactful, for it can subsequently influence the pathway one pursues. It’s the motivation behind the song I wrote and often perform for students during special events, classroom visits, or read-a-louds performances:  
 
If you only knew.
What’s in front of you.
Your dreams would all come true.
‘Cause you would see them through.

What’s inside of you.
I've got this awesome view
And I'll share it too

Can you imagine a world where people—all of us—believed in our own potential? We would all contribute to society in ways that activated our skills and passions, allowing us to give the best of ourselves to the greater good of our world. That’s my undeniable hope for our world. Finally, love yourself and love others, and then watch out world! Here we ALL come!
